Hey Everyone here is the variation of the Pumpkin Cheesecake that I mentioned in my previous post. Done the same way only baked in a pie tin. The recipe will make 2 pies to the one regular cheesecake. The Pumpkin Cheesecake recipe is from Foodtv.com.
