Hey Everyone here is the variation of the Pumpkin Cheesecake that I mentioned in my previous post. Done the same way only baked in a pie tin.  The recipe will make 2 pies to the one regular cheesecake. The Pumpkin Cheesecake recipe is from Foodtv.com.

Hey Everyone!  This is my first post and first blog. Let's see where it goes.

For the Past few years I have been trying new Pumpkin Desert Recipes. 2 years ago I made a Pumpkin Cheesecake (recipe from the Food Network Channel). Will post that one on a later date.

Pumpkin Flan

 I have been wanting to make Pumpkin Flan since I first saw it last year!  Finally did it and man did it come out better then expected.  Though I will say that I would do a few things differently the next time I make it.  (Christmas soon enough? lol).
